For so many the overuse of social media causes depression, extreme anxiety, feelings of inferiority and jealousy. Often social media has become ‘instead of’ as opposed to ‘as well as.’ It can become a mouthpiece often with little or no compassion.Īddiction, habit, dependence or whatever we want to call it, it’s an epidemic.
